These Terms & Conditions govern the submission of your e-bike rental booking inquiry. A full, legally binding Rental Agreement will be signed by you in person at the RARIRIDE (Lāčplēša iela 125, Rīga) before the e-bike is released.

By submitting your inquiry, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following key conditions:

1. Booking and Final Agreement

1.1. Inquiry Only: Submission of this form is an inquiry for a rental booking. The rental is only secured and becomes legally effective when you appear in person, pay the fees, and sign the official Rental Agreement at the RARIRIDE (Lāčplēša iela 125, Rīga).

1.2. Monthly Fee: The standard monthly rental fee is from 120 EUR

1.3. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of 50 EUR is required upon signing the final agreement.

2. Key Financial Commitments

2.1. Minimum Period: The minimum rental period is 1 month.

2.2. Cancellation: If you choose to cancel the rental after signing the final agreement and within the first 30 days of the rental period, the 50 EUR security deposit is non-returnable. The deposit is returned only if you secure a replacement client who signs a new rental agreement.

3. Critical Liability Notice

2.3. Responsibility for Loss: You will be fully responsible for the e-bike from the moment you take possession until it is returned. In the event of the e-bike being lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, you agree to compensate the Lessor for the full market value of the specific e-bike, which is 1200 EUR (One thousand two hundred Euros).

2.4. Prohibited Use: You are strictly prohibited from handing the e-bike over to a third party. A violation of this rule will result in the immediate termination of the agreement and a 50 EUR fine, deducted from your security deposit.
